In this project, he will discuss all aspects of living a full, vibrant and meaningful life with a number of guests who are experts in various fields related to healthy living.
This series will explore the topic of living well through physical, mental and emotional means. In the pilot episode, William Louey Lai Kuen reflects on the early loss of his father and grandfather (around midlife), and shares with audiences how his personal experience around health scares and family deaths till today motivate him to maintain good health, healthy relationships and a positive outlook.
Crossing the 50s
William Louey Lai Kuen is grateful for the life he’s been able to live so far. This is especially poignant considering the tragic deaths he has had to face where several male members of his family died in their 50s with ill health. “I thought I was going to die when I was 50,” William Louey Lai Kuen reflected, also mentioning that he was only 18 years old when he began thinking about his own mortality.
Now in his mid-60s, the entrepreneur and philanthropist has been following a number of easy to follow, non-restrictive, but healthy rules to ensure that his physical, mental and emotional wellbeing is well preserved and maintained.
This is why William Louey Lai Kuen is now more determined than ever to help others better their lives, whether that’s through exercise, diet or developing better mental health through positive actions. In the coming episodes, he will be inviting experts and some of his closest friends to discuss science-backed practices and everyday habits that contribute to growing younger, not older.
