William Louey: Hi, I'm William Louey. I would like to introduce you to this series about growing young and healthy, and I would explore this subject with experts and individuals, my friends, who have very good tips about how to be happy and healthy in life.
The reason why I'm so conscious about being happy and healthy is because my father and my grandfather died very young. My father died when he was 49 and my grandfather died when he was 53.
At that time I was 18 years old and I thought I was going to die at 50 and I tried to do everything right, hoping not to die at 50. Actually, now I'm nearly 66 and because I've been so healthy since I was 18 years old, you know, I'm keeping myself very well and healthy and I want to share with you my experience.
